How to use a Anker coupon
- 01Pick a live Anker card. A single charger and a ten-pack are not the same return.
- 02Open Anker.com. A unit bought on Amazon stays with that seller.
- 03One code at checkout. A gift-with-purchase has to stay with the item it came with.
- 04If you send it back because you changed your mind, you pay the label. A defect is on them. The free-return add-on is a separate purchase, not the default.
- 05You have about 30 days, and the brick has to go back in its box with every cable.
- 06If it fails, the order may be bulk, or a piece of the kit is missing. Try the next live card on one unit.

- Some welcome codes want an email that has never paid Anker.
- Minimum
- Common. Ten or more of the same product is a bulk order, and bulk is not refunded.
- Stacking
- One code. A buy-one deal is not a second box. If you return only half of a $0.99 pair, they take the other piece's price off the refund.
- App vs web
- Anker.com. Another seller's listing has that seller's rules.
- Returns
- Undamaged gear can come back within about 30 days of purchase. You pay the return unless it is a real defect, and you need a receipt for the label. Everything that was in the box has to be in the box. The longer warranty is a repair path, not this refund.
- Final sale
- A bulk order of 10 or more of one product does not come back. A free gift or a discounted extra has to return with the main item.

About 30 days from the purchase, if it is undamaged and still in the original box with the accessories.
Who pays the return?
You do, unless it is a defect. A free-return option on the product page is something you buy, not the normal rule.
What is a bulk order?
Ten or more of the same product. Those are not refunded.
I only want to return one of a pair.
Send both. If you send one, they subtract the price of the piece you kept.
Does the warranty replace the 30 days?
No. After the refund window, a defect is a warranty claim, and it only covers a real fault.
How current are these Anker deals?
