Independent reviews for Dtlr are thinner than the big marketplaces. That’s not a smear. It’s a gap. When someone mentions the brand, they usually talk about delivery windows, missing pieces, and a help desk that feels like a script. A working code is nice. An honest ship date is nicer. Returns that don’t turn into a week of scripts are nicer still.
