How to use a FIGS coupon
- 01Pick a live FIGS card. A scrub set and an embroidered top are not the same return.
- 02Open wearfigs.com. A code for the app, or a code that only works in a FIGS store, may not clear on the website.
- 03Add the set, then checkout. One code. Collaborations, embroidery, and gift cards are often left out.
- 04Standard shipping in the US is free at $50. Under that it is $5, and it usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Embroidery can add up to two weeks before it leaves.
- 05A refund is about 30 days from the purchase date. In the US, an exchange or store credit can run to about 60 days. Start it at wearfigs.com/returns.
- 06If it fails, the piece may be final sale or the code does not stack. Try the next live card on a regular set.

- Some welcome codes want an email that has never paid FIGS.
- Minimum
- Common. Free standard shipping in the US starts at $50. Under that, standard is $5.
- Stacking
- One code. FIGS promos say they do not combine with another offer. A sitewide sale is not a second box.
- App vs web
- wearfigs.com. Some promos also name the US app or a FIGS store. A code that says one of those may skip the other.
- Returns
- Eligible items can come back within about 30 days of purchase for a refund. US shoppers can exchange, or take store credit, up to about 60 days. Returns are free. In the US you get a Happy Returns QR for 8 pieces or fewer, or a prepaid FedEx label. International orders do not get a direct exchange. A return label to Germany can cost about €5.
- Final sale
- Embroidery, custom pieces, anything marked final sale, and clothes bought for a photo shoot do not come back. An embroidered order can take up to two extra weeks to ship. A manufacturing defect can still be refunded or exchanged, with a prepaid label, if the tags are on and you write them inside 30 days.

Is the return free?
Yes for a normal US return. Use the QR code or the prepaid FedEx label. Germany can charge about €5 for the label.
Can I return a top with my name on it?
No. Embroidery and custom pieces are final sale.
Is shipping free?
Standard is free on US orders of $50 or more. Under $50 it is $5. Two-day is $8. Next day is $15.
Will two codes work together?
No. FIGS promos do not stack, and collaborations are often excluded.
