Start off with a cute, heart-shaped box that will house all your special gifts. Alex’s first gift is a “compliment jar” with little pieces of paper that include personalized notes. Next, she adds the self-love stone, rose quartz, as well as a rose-quartz roller that promotes lymphatic drainage. She also includes a bundle of palo santo, the smoke of which helps to clear the energy of your home. Don’t forget a candle and matches!
Next up is an essential oil-infused bath salt set. You simply take epsom salts from the drug store and add a couple of drops of essential oils. Here, Alex used lavender which is great for relaxation. Last, but not least, is lipstick that can be used for writing a special love note on a mirror. This can simply be a positive affirmation that will make your bestie light up and smile!
